How do I know how much mulch I will need?

Take measurements of the areas that will need to be mulched. Determine an average length and width of the area in feet. Next, figure out how deep you would like the mulch to be installed in inches. Enter the information into our online Mulch Calculator and that should give you a pretty good idea of how much material will be needed.

Feel free to call us with measurements or questions so that we can help you get an accurate estimate for the amount of mulch required. A mulch layer of 3 inches is recommended to provide good coverage. If you already have existing mulch, that should be taken into consideration when determining how much you will need.
